Todd Thompson

Owner/Chief Executive Officer

Todd is 3rd generation to Indian River County and has been in the construction industry for over 36 years. Todd, also the owner of Thompson’s Remodeling & Home Repair, started the Roofing Division in 1999 and has been growing ever since. He is full of knowledge and expertise which makes him the greatest leader, teacher, and asset to the team.

Leighanne Thompson

Leighanne is 4th generation to Indian River County. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from IRSC. Leighanne grew up on job sites with her father (Todd) and is well versed in the construction industry. She has now passed the State exams for General Contracting and Roofing, being the Qualifier for Thompson’s Roofing. Leighanne is hands on, not afraid to get on a roof to check things out.

Michelle is a native to Indian River County and has been in the construction industry for over 40 years, working for only 3 local contractors during that time. Not only is Michelle the most loyal employee, she’s also the absolute best at keeping the financials in order. Being a supervisor, Harley works for both Thompson’s Roofing and Thompson’s Remodeling. With his experience in the roofing and construction industry he is a crucial asset to the team being able to jump around where needed and ensuring quality craftsmanship. Harley is a dad to 4 beautiful girls which makes him the true definition of being a “girl dad.” He understands the meaning of patience.

After graduation, he will be following in his fathers (Todd) footsteps, learning the roofing and construction industry full time. In his time off, Tanner enjoys being on the water and fishing.
